Why should you come to Influence?  Well, it’s going to be a really fabulous, nice, and wonderful weekend.

So, we have some compelling reasons that we think Influence is going to be well worth attending.  This almost should go without saying, but first, we want you to know how fun and how nice the weekend is going to be.

We want you to be so comfortable during the weekend.  We’re mindful that you may be leaving your family, your job, your responsibilities behind–and we want to make sure that the weekend is as much a getaway as it is a conference.  We’ve picked a premier hotel in Indianapolis, connected to a gorgeous (newly renovated!) mall and a million choices of dinner options.

One thing we heard from everyone was that food was a top priority.  Nobody wants to be fed frozen pizza or food fit for a dude.  We’ve spoken with the chef at the hotel and are planning lovely, filling, and artful menus for the weekend’s breakfasts and lunches.  We want the mealtimes to be breaks in the day when you can relax and enjoy the moment.  The food is going to be nice, tasty, and beautiful–you can count on that.

The Stripes Party (sponsored by the up-and-coming Double Stitch) is our time to let loose and shake off the cobwebs from normal life.  We’re planning an amazing party for you.  A photo booth!  A DJ!  Amazing food!  Places to chat!  Beautiful decor by Rebecca of A Daily Something!  And stripes!  You don’t have to buy something new or fancy to wear for the party, but know that this is our first time to making you feel like the really special woman you are.  We want to make sure you know you are loved, that we are beyond excited to have you, and that it is a night that is memorable and so much fun.

The Sashes Market will be a really fun space where you can shop handmade goods (think Christmas shopping done in October!!).  It will be open all weekend, and we hope to see women gather there to have quiet time, to chat with friends, and to browse all of the beautiful items.  It will be designed as a lifestyle boutique, making you feel at comfortable and at home and not all “craft fair, lines of tables” weird.

Know that your ticket price doesn’t even cover the cost of the weekend…it’s that nice!  We’ve worked very hard at keeping the ticket prices down.  We are going so above and beyond to bless you that our sponsors are truly angels.  They believe in this community, they believe in you, and they want you to have an amazing weekend.
